Apple Dip




Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size Apples, chopped

  • 8 oz. low-fat Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup fat-free Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:


Blend together the cream cheese and yogurt. Add the apples, nuts, and lemon juice. Serve with unsalted crackers.
