2 cups White Rice
2 cups Boiling Water
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/4 tsp. Pink Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
2 cups Broccoli
1 cup Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 425*F. In a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish, combine the rice, salt and pepper. Add the boiling water and mix well. Add the chicken and sprinkle with the garlic salt and thyme. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Add the broccoli and cheddar cheese. Continue to bake, covered until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
Serve warm and fresh.
