4 Chicken Tenderloins, cooked and chopped
2 cups Salsa
2 cups Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
Mix the cooked chicken, salsa, seasonings, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese together and mix thoroughly.
Place mixture in a tortilla and fold over. Cook on grill or skillet in butter or sunflower oil until golden brown.
Top with shredded cheese and serve warm with sour cream.
