3 Sprigs of Rosemary
2 Lemon Peels
1 Jar with an air tight lid
Using fresh herbs, place all in the jar. Cover herbs with honey. Make sure that all of the herbs are covered with the honey.
Turn the jar over once daily for six weeks. After the six weeks are up, strain out the herbs. Then the honey is ready to use.
