Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Ingredients:


  • 1/3 part Sorghum Flour

  • 1/3 part Tapioca Flour

  • 1/3 part White or Brown Rice Flour

Directions:


Mix thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature. You can make more just by adding additional 1/3 part of each ingredient. Use in your favorite bread recipe.
