Gluten Free Pizza Dough

Feel better about eating pizza with this Gluten Free dough. This recipe can also be used to make GF Cheesy Bread. All you have to do is add cheese and roll into small logs.


  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour

  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Flour

  • 3 large Eggs

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup Warm Water

  • 1 tsp. Dry Active Yeast

  • 1 tsp. Agave or Honey

  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum

  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano


Preheat oven to 350*. In a small bowl add the water, agave and yeast; mix thoroughly. Set to the side and proof for approximately 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum together. Next add the olive oil and the yeast mixture to the bowl of flour. Beat on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.

Use a non-stick pizza pan and spread the dough to the ends of the pan. Next add your Gluten Free toppings.

Bake pizza for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
