Lemon Creme Cakes


  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour

  • 2 sticks of Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar

  • 4 Eggs, at room temperature

  • 1 1/4 Cups Milk

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Extract

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350*. Grease and flour mini silicone cake cups.

In a mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and cream cheese.

Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the lemon extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

Add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl.

Add the milk and mix until smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared cake cups.

Bake 19 - 23 minutes or until golden brown.
