Sausage Gravy (GF)


  • 1 lb. Pork Sausage

  • 1 cup Soy Milk (Coconut milk will work also)

  • 2 Tbsp. White Rice Flour

  • Pepper and Seasoning to taste


In a large skillet, brown the sausage into small bite size pieces. In the last stage of cooking, add the rice flour by sprinkling it onto the top and mixing it in. Slowly stir in the milk and the seasoning and mix well.

If the gravy is too thick, add a little more milk until you get the gravy consistency. Serve warm.
