Skillet Pot Pie

Enjoy a cool Autumn night with a one skillet meal. While nothing is better then having a warm evening meal, it's having a great dinner with the family.


  • 3 lbs. Diced Chicken Breast (or meat of choice)

  • 1 stick Butter

  • 4 cups Vegetable's, chopped up (Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, Peppers)

  • Biscuit mix

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning


Place the butter in the skillet and warm to medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook just until chicken is no longer pink. Add 1 tbsp. of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp. of Ranch seasoning. Now, add the vegetables and sauté, 5 to 7 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350*. Prepare your biscuit mix. Be sure to add the rest of the seasonings to your biscuit mix. It adds flavor to the dish!

Spread your biscuit mixture over the chicken-vegetable dish in skillet. Place skillet in oven and cook 30 - 35 minutes, or until bread topping is golden brown.
