Spam Fingers

1 can Spam
2 Eggs
3 cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
Slice the spam in half, then cut into long slices (finger length). Combine the seasonings with the egg. Take the fingers and dip into the egg wash. Then roll into the crushed corn flakes. Re - dip and roll the fingers for a second time, to ensure the coating will stay.
Deep fry according to your fryer; usually 4 to 5 minutes.
