1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 small Sweet Onion, minced
1 cup fresh Spinach, minced
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese and milk.
Add the cayenne pepper garlic powder, onion, spinach, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to an oven-safe bowl and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
